After lugging around my gym clothes in my humungous bag, I finally went to the gym during lunch today. Climbed up 5 storeys to the gym and did 2km only. I can only squeeze in half an hour. Felt a little woozy after getting off the threadmill. Mixed brisk walking with jogging though it's more walking than jogging hurhur.
Let's start the no-diet plan, just good ol' exercise and eating healthy diet regime. I hope it works. Haha.
