To be specific, beef rendang, fried cabbage and rice. Pretty simple hor. Haha. Guess how long I took!!
Two and a half hours. Preparation, cooking, cleaning. Muahahaha.
Ya man that long! Did the whole thing while my mum went to the market. No supervision and no one to ask guidance from. So naturally, I made a few mistakes. Hehe.
The verdict?
My daddy says it's okay! Woohoo! But my mum said it wasn't salty enough, so she added a bit more salt. I dunoe why my food is usually less salty but I use the same recipe as my mum leh. Haha. But nehmermind!!! My daddy say okay can oredi!! :D

- I forgot which one is ketumbar which one is jintan. So what did I do? I googled both to see what it looks like. Haha! I love google.
- I used corningware to cook the rempah + meat, then I realised it's too freaking small for me to stir the whole thing, so I had to quickly wash the larger wok which was partially filled with oil so that I can use it instead. Haha. I was cooking the meat halfway then I stopped the fire wahahhaha. I hope it didn't affect the meat. LOL. Hee hee if my mum saw this, confirm get scolding one :p
- I didn't time when I started to cook the meat.
- I forgot to cook rice. AHHAHAHA. My mum reminded me when she got back from the market. See lah, too engrossed in making sure the meat + gravy doesn't get burnt.
