Fat Talk

I just bought this dress! I love it :) Okay lah fine it looks normal. Actually I bought a green one like over a week ago. Haha! It's pretty! And the best thing is the price. 10 pounds! Who cares if it came from a supermarket company! Even back at home it's hard to find a decent dress at that price. Doesn't matter I have two colours of the same design. I do that sometimes. It's not always that you chance upon clothes you really like, including the price. I love spring! Bring on the dresses and skirts!! I look fat. I AM fat. Women are always conscious about how they look. Being/ looking fat is a no-no. I hate clothes that make my butt look big. Or show my tummy. Or anything else unflattering. I tend to compare myself to others, if I look bigger than them. And if I don't, or someone tells me I don't, I feel happy. I don't think it's a disease. Haha! But it's sick. When I've put on weight, I'll rationalise and think that others around me have

Shopping Bug

Yay! Great news! * It* has been despatched! :))) Can't wait! :) I love technology :) This morning's Urban featured the comeback of the bamboo handle classic Gucci. But I like the vintage one the best! Seems like they're not selling it :( I've never been a fan of Gucci but isn't this pretty!!! Sigh. If there were a replica of it, using leather of course, I don't mind getting it! Brandless, even better! Hahaha. I'm in my shopping mood now. Dangerous. And online shopping with cheap shipping to UK is VERY tempting muahahaha :p

Forgotten Sports & Stuff

I went cycling last Saturday! Changi Beach to ECP. Fun :) The last time I cycled was probably 10 years ago, ignoring the one where I rode a twin bicycle hehe. That one I shall not count cos I didn't have to do the balancing, steering and even the heavy cycling HEHE. Can you believe it! I sort of forgot how to cycle! My balancing in the beginning was terrible, my cornering even worse. Tsk. But but. We is faci, so we should be the ones that take care of the kids, not the kids take care of us. So somehow, I had to quickly get used to the bicycle hahaha. Cycling is not the only sport I forgot. Golf is another. Goodness. My swing is terrible. I was very happy the golf ball shot up can! My first few swings, hancur! I was hitting the air. Sigh. I wonder if I forgot how to swim... Hmm. The CSI Las Vegas team should do an investigation on Wisteria Lane. Less than two months to go! Wheee~ :) I went Anchorpoint, and to my disappointment, I went back empty handed. EMPTY. Not even a p

Wives Club

I met the wife of my colleague at another colleague's wedding today - luckily! I thought I was gonna be alone, no kaki you know. My usual kakis all couldn't make it, or came at different time. Then then! At the carpark, we saw the two of them walking towards the block, heng ah!! The wife and I are somewhat in the same situation, well not exactly situation, more like scenario?, just that she's one step ahead of me. I think we both can share a lot of things eh... I see similarities. Muahahahaha. We should form a wives club! Woohoo. I bet our husbands will shake their head in disbelief when that happens. Hahaha!

Mustafa

I went to Mustafa! By myself!! Hahahahaha Today is the only day this week that I drive. It feels good to hold the steering wheel again. Vroom vroom babey~!!! So. That feeling of independence, coupled with my evening mood of not wanting to hurry home, I thought I'd do some me-time shopping or wandering around. Anyway Novena shopping malls were tempting me to pay them a visit. But but! I ended up at Mustafa! Haha! I decided to do a little unnecessary grocery shopping NTUC would have been fine, but it was getting a little late, so what better place than the 24-hour shopping centre! Haha! I always go there with my family, never alone. But it was okay nonetheless. Nothing to worry about ;) Went to the supermarket section, did a little browsing after getting the stuff I needed, then I went off. Kinda nice to do grocery shopping after work actually. Or maybe for now it seems nice cos it's not part of my to-do list and it's not a routine thing. And since I was at Mustafa, I thought
