Wake Up and Smell the Cake

Today was definitely a fun day! :) Went for mock camp! Super tiring lah, I really can't run you know. The last time I went jogging was... Err... Can't remember. Haha! And hor, not like my jogging is power lah. I is super slow. As long as it's not walking, I'll call it jogging. HAHA. Gone are the days of getting NAPFA test timings... Anyway! I am glad I went for this, even though I don't really know the people there. Haven't been meeting new people a lot. I'm quite an anti-social. Need to mix more. It's fun to relive the uni days of camps and games. Camps like this brings back memories of the fun fun times. A deviation from the usual working life. It's enriching, refreshing. Makes me feel young. Wahahaha! Not that I'm old, but being with undergrads brings back to uni days! Oh how I love those years :) Best schooling years of my life! And... It's been ages since I went for a school camp! Ooh! Someone said I look young too! Whee~ AHHAHA. Oh well

Yup! My first ride on a bike on 7 May 2009! Whee~~ It was impromptu! I needed to tompang someone to the place we were going to play captain's ball. So I tompang-ed my fren! Not a big bike la, sth like scooter? Haha I dunoe. But I know it was fun!! Even though the distance was short, it was pretty cool! Hahaha.. Especially the selit part! Goodness! Scary can! Hahaha. I don't mind having another ride!! :))) A Brad Pitt invited me to his wedding on the 24th! Woohoo! Fun fun! :))) All you budak-budak Nanyang Tech MS who's reading this (I dunoe who else reads this blog anymore) do tell me if they've been invited! :) I'm bored. I think I shall go to the library tomorrow. Eh wait, tomorrow's a public holiday! Ah darn. I know! Maybe I shall go to some temple and watch Vesak Day celebrations hahaha. Hmmm does it work that way?

Yeah Good Friday was last week, but today's my good Friday! Hehe :))) Morning's presentation was very well received Alhamdulillah :) I like to thank my boss (who's reading this) for his time and effort and for obediently taking the laser pointer HAHAHAHA. Sorry hehehe :p And today I've decided to try something during lunch! ;) Haven't done it before, and because of the new building, it is very convenient to try out! Hehe. Wah sehhhh Tired. Fang's married! My first chinese wedding! Better still, I was one of the jie mei! Fun hor! :) Yesterday was Fang's wedding dinner, this morning was the tea ceremony. Tired lorrr. I'll write a longer post on her wedding, when I'm less tired. Haha. Left earlier cos I've another wedding later! *faints* Hopefully I won't be left alone or something. Confirm not familiar with the people there. Maybe I should sleep for a while. Ta-ta~

We have a new addition to the family, will be arriving in a couple of weeks time. But but. Even though that should be the main highlight of the day, it isn't for me. My highlight? I bought manja magazine December issue today ;) Maybe you should buy it too ;)

I have had one of the most amazing weekends in a long, long time. Yesterday's little outing was bliss, today is family bliss. We spent the whole day out! Today's family outing was really fun. Fun in a sense we enjoyed each other's company. My dad especially was in a good mood! For a homebody like him, going out the whole day and not complaining is already good enough. Haha. And he even ate Chinese food which he refused to eat previously! And I like to see my parents holding hands when we go jalan-jalan :)

Today's amazing. Just amazing. This morning's low tide, like negative 0.2 metres low, perfect day to go Chek Jawa! Yeah, I know, last week I just went. Hahahaha. But but. It rained. HEAVILY. It didn't stop us from doing the board walk! Hehe. So of course we were soaking wet. Like really really wet. The winds were pretty strong too, blowing everywhere. My jeans were stuck to my legs, and I water was squishing out everytime I stepped on the ground. Wahahahaha. We decided to go on with it since we were there already, doesn't matter if people think we're crazy, cos we had fun in the rain :) Couldn't see starfishes and crabs cos it's raining, duh, they wouldn't wanna be out bathing in the rain rite, but we saw this prawn thingy, and crayfish. I was told it's a crayfish. Haha. There's also seagrass, and barnacles. The thing about doing the boardwalk in the rain is, there's no one else! Haha!
